Who we are

Cloudmere Games Ltd ("we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Company no. 17497643, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Contact: ivan@cloudmeregames.studio.

What we collect

  • Emails you send us. Your name, email address, company and anything you include in the message.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect this website. We do not use this data to identify visitors.

This website has no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not set cookies.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible business relationship: our legitimate interests in running our business, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the website secure and available: our legitimate interests.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.

Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Hostinger (email hosting). We do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed for the enquiry or business relationship, and then for up to six years for legal and accounting purposes. Cloudflare keeps hosting logs for short periods under its own policies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email ivan@cloudmeregames.studio. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
